PTEa’s expertise in large-scale urban masterplanning projects includes the regeneration of estates such as Grahame Park - one of the largest in London and which was named as the Best Conceptual Project in the London Planning Awards 2005 - and also the innovative co-location of community facilities which will lie at the heart of the regeneration of Deptford Town Centre.

We have also carried out commissions to design new communities in the countryside, including an entire new eco-village on the site of a former WWII aerodrome at Dunsfold Park - which won the Francis Tibbalds Urban Design Award in 2009 - and an extension to the village of Silsoe in Bedfordshire.
