PTEa is at the forefront of architect-led property development since the 1980s, specialising in complex sites which require the careful resolution of planning, technical and ownership issues - such as Arundel Square, which has involved decking over a railway cutting to create new homes and extend a local park.
We have repeatedly shown that commercial return, good design and social benefit are closely linked. The completed schemes have won several awards: our Angel Waterside apartments won a Housing Design Award and a Building for Life Special Award in 2009, and our terrace of townhouses at Connaught Gardens won a Housing Design Award in 2010.
This experience as developer has given us an understanding of the client’s perspective, including commercial viability, which we bring to all our work.
