The Directors of PTEa have been carrying out direct property development since the early 1980s. In the last ten years they have achieved planning consent for over 500 apartments, three new primary schools and about 35,000 square feet of workspace. The completed schemes have won several awards.

The associated development companies, PTE Property and PTE Services, specialise in complex sites, which require the careful resolution of planning, technical and ownership issues. PTEa has repeatedly shown that commercial return, good design and social benefit are closely linked.

Increasingly its work involves joint ventures with other developers and partnerships with public sector bodies. PTEa’s experience as developer has given it an understanding of the client’s perspective, including commercial viability, which it brings to all its work.
