We feel that PTEa is at the forefront of our profession, in employment terms, retaining an almost unprecedented balanced ratio of 50:50 male to female staff members.

Along with this, more than 20 languages are spoken in the office. Every Thursday we share a communal lunch cooked by a staff member.
