PTEa’s core skills are in architecture, masterplanning and urban design, property development and community engagement. We are unusual as an architectural practice in combining commitment to social sustainability with property development expertise which we have acquired through carrying out our own highly successful development projects.

As a result we combine high-level design skills with the ability to deliver beneficial planning consents, lead integrated teams by drawing on a pool of consultants with whom we have longstanding relationships - and produce completed schemes.
