This scheme is designed to facilitate the regeneration of the area immediately around Seven Sisters Tube station in north London. This major transport hub has a footfall of 10 million passers-by every year but is currently run-down and suffers from high levels of crime.
The proposals are for 200 new homes in five- to eight-storey blocks over ground-floor retail space, with an interactive centrepiece designed by the award winning Jason Bruges Studio, and a raised terrace and roof garden for residents. The scheme will also incorporate a new public square around the entrance to the tube station.
