Sefton Park is the first project to be carried out by PTEa in Liverpool. Two tower blocks overlooking the city’s renowned Sefton Park have had penthouses added allowing spectacular views out over the park and city.
In addition, a complete refurbishment of the two 15-storey blocks has been carried out including structural repair, improvements to the common parts, new entrances, landscaping and services and the addition of two wheelchair-accessible flats at ground level.
Appointed by the Liverpool Housing Action Trust (LHAT), in 1999, PTEa has been appointed to proceed to Phase 2 of the £15m project and refurbish a further three blocks.
