Situated across the river from the main 2012 Olympic Stadium, Ironworks will have great views of the proposed Olympic Park.
This new live/work scheme is the first completed regeneration project in advance of the area’s legacy building programme. There are 70 live/work units and 1000sqft of commercial space for LondonGreen Developments.
The scheme, at Fish Island in Bow, East London, overlooks the basin formed by the convergence of the River Lea and the canal network.
It is at the forefront of the regeneration of this part of the Lea Valley: one of London’s largest unexploited land resources where traditional industries have moved out and decay and underuse have set in.
