Urban Regeneration requires skills and knowledge quite distinct from those required to design individual buildings.

PTEa has undertaken many large-scale regeneration projects, particularly residential neighbourhoods of between a few hundred to several thousand homes, combined with social, commercial and leisure facilities.

The challenge is, with the support of the community, to marry imaginative proposals and infrastructure changes with practical delivery plans, often extending over years of phased development.
