The regeneration of the Page Road Estate, in Hounslow, replaces run down 1950s flat blocks with houses and gardens and double aspect flats with balconies. New ‘streets’ and ‘squares’ provide a mixture of public and private spaces.

The first phase, completed in 2005, provides 30 shared ownership flats. The remaining phases will provide a mix of accommodation for rent, shared ownership, elderly, leasehold and private sale and will be completed in 2010.
