PTEa has masterplanned the UK’s most sustainable village on the site of a WWII aerodrome, which will house 6,000 residents and provide employment space for 2,000 workers.
Proposals include cutting-edge technologies to achieve zero carbon and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 6 as well as a highly innovative transport strategy to reduce private car dependence.
