PTEa’s approach to urban design and masterplanning centres on creating and restoring the qualities that make towns enjoyable and safe places to live. To that end, the support and involvement of local people is vital.

In developing large-scale neighbourhood renewal masterplans as well as, more recently, designing new communities in the countryside, PTEa is used to acting as lead consultant and has developed strong partnerships with leading specialists in finance, engineering and transport amongst other fields.
