Quality community facilities are essential for sustaining successful neighbourhoods, and our project to ensure the survival of Brockwell Lido was awarded with a Civic Trust Commendation in 2009. Community facilities also form an integral part of our larger masterplanning schemes: in Deptford Town Centre we are creating a visionary mix of community and school facilities.
