PTEa won a competition in 2004 to replace an obsolete residential centre under an apartment block and create new affordable homes for Islington.

Our scheme replaces the two-storey section of the existing building with new, contemporary three-bedroom maisonettes with sunny back gardens. The scheme also includes a sleek eleven-storey oval building for this important location where Hornsey Lane and Hornsey Rise intersect at the gateway between Haringey and Islington.
