This PTE/Groveworld £12.5m development is the third phase of PTEa’s initiative to transform City Road Basin into a major land and water amenity.

It follows on from PTEa’s offices at Diespeker Wharf and PTE/Groveworld’s development at Angel Waterside on the junction of the Regent’s Canal and City Road Basin.

The design of a largely glazed canal basin elevation with recessed and projecting ‘diving board’ balconies maximises the experience of the garden and waterside. There are 83 mixed tenure homes and ground floor commercial space.
