Mountford House, an imposing Grade II listed Georgian structure, is the last of three PTEa projects that have restored the east side of Tottenham Green over a period of ten years.

PTEa negotiated the acquisition of Mountford House from Enfield and Haringey Health Authorities and obtained planning consent to restructure the building into eight family homes.

Completed in 1999 for Sanctuary Housing Association, the building is split vertically with minimal alteration to the original structure and principal rooms. With a 7 x 6m bow-fronted living room, one of the units must be among the grandest affordable rented homes around.
