PTEa’s workspace projects include the conversion and fit-out of existing buildings; the development of office and retail space within mixed-use buildings; and standalone office buildings within mixed neighbourhoods. They cover speculative development and also bespoke design for particular end-users, which draws on our consultation skills to find out what an organisation really needs. We are particularly pleased that a number of our clients have asked us to design their own workspaces.

Employers understand that to attract, retain and motivate the best people they must offer an excellent working environment: comfortable, stimulating, adaptable and well connected to its surroundings. PTEa is especially interested in how workspaces influence an organisation’s performance and its culture, and how working, living and
recreating can be integrated into sustainable neighbourhoods.
