In the following pages we show a small selection of PTEa’s current and recent projects – and new images of some of our older ones, places which have aged gracefully and attracted respect and care from their occupiers.

We begin with a portfolio of building types and then show how these are combined to create complete settings for domestic and civic life: residential neighbourhoods, town centres and complete new settlements. This mirrors PTEa’s own growth and diversification from small conversion and infill projects to increasingly large and complex mixed-use buildings and places.

We then explain the range of services we offer and the approach we bring to the whole process of change in the built environment: from understanding the context, engaging
with stakeholders, conceiving intelligent and joyful solutions, implementing practical delivery plans, and learning from the outcomes.
