practice structure
PTEa is a limited company owned
by its working directors, controlled
by an Executive Board and guided
by a Council of Directors, Associate
Directors and Senior Managers.
All our Directors are actively involved
with clients and projects. At present
the practice’s workload is divided
between three general Project
Groups and three specialist groups: Design Delivery, Education and Third
Age Housing.
PTEa has around 80 professional staff,
all of whom have architectural or
equivalent technical qualifications
or are in process of completing their
training, and around 15 support staff.
PTEa’s management team is led by
our General Manager and includes
specialists in information systems,
communications, human resources
and finance.
We have rigorous management
policies to underpin the quality
of our design and service, and to
ensure a creative and fulfilling
workplace for our people. Our quality
management and environmental
management systems are registered
under ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004, and we
have comprehensive policies covering
equal opportunities, customer care,
health and safety, training and
corporate social responsibility. |
